IQC are already sold to me by my system/reagent supplier.
An IQC is an internal quality control where the checks performed are "independent" from the supplier of the reagent/analyzer pair. It is an internal quality control material developed and manufactured independently of any specific IVDD kit and supplied separately. Its intended use is part of good laboratory practice. The use of independent internal quality controls (IQC) is mandatory under the French decree of May 15, 2018 (see §10). It ensures a continuous quality process aimed at monitoring the analytical system (equipment/technique/reagents) and detecting any anomalies in order to implement appropriate corrective measures quickly.
